Dearest family,
I know I am horrible at keeping everyone up-to-date on our family. Mostly nothing exciting happens and so far no major events to note. But hopefully that will change very soon. Baby is very comfortable and not that excited about making an appearance, so maybe next week there will be a new little addition to the family. Otherwise, Ann and I might have babies within three weeks of each other.
Dan is busy with work, on stand-by to run to the hospital and is grateful to have his convention out of the way. I sent some of you a link, but then forgot to attach the link to youtube, but the highlights video was pretty great and Dan actually caught a bit of camera in the last shot. Most of the convention was spent shuffling people about, handing out flowers and valet parking Lamborginis. He did look smashing in his new tux, if I can attach a picture I will.
Abe has reverted to baby talk. Replacing "I" with "me" and incomplete sentences. Not very exciting and a little frustrating. Maybe it is all the baby talk and stuff. But I think he'll make a great big brother... eventually.
Mary is just as sweet as she always is, though quick to cry when Abe is rough or if she gets a bump. You might call it being sensitive, which she is, but others might call it something less positive. She is very excited about the baby, and asks all the time if he is eating/sleeping/playing.
I am doing great. REALLY! Being 9+ months pregnant does wear a bit, but I'm sleeping well, eating well, gaining weight well... you get the idea. Today was very successful- i.e. we made valentines, made pizza, had FHE and a flawless bedtime routine. I feel like I conquered the world this afternoon.
We are so bless and we miss you all very much. I am so thankful for many things, at the moment I am super thankful for healthy babies, the internet/google chat/skype, and for everyone's emails. I guess I really need to add a few more things to that list: perspective, the Book of Mormon and Dan.
Love you all, and we'll keep you posted if anything changes,
Amy
